Telling your boss what you think about him or her is good for your health

According to a study presented in mid-January 2010 at a British Psychological Society conference in Brighton, in the south of England, inciting employees to tell their bosses what they think about them may be healthy. The study considers that employers should allow their employees to regularly assess their supervisors, not only for the latter to improve their practices, but also to have “happy, healthy and stress-free employees.” Stress is a significant cause of sick days and hence additional costs for companies.
