59% of Canadians wish they could go back to school

According to the latest Monster Worldwide poll, whose results were published at the end of November, many Canadians dream of going back to school because they feel they are not learning anything at work.

The online poll, conducted via the Monster sites of 15 countries (France, the U.S., the U.K., Germany, Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Swiss and Austria) shows that overall, 81% of workers polled would be ready to go back to school to more easily achieve their career goals or simply to increase their knowledge.

Canadians and residents of Luxembourg appeared the most motivated to take this route (59 and 62% respectively). Finlanders, for their part, were happy at work, with over 30% saying they were satisfied with their lives and work, along with 26% of Spaniards and 23% of French people. Conversely, employees in Germany and Italy were the least happy, with only 7% of them liking their working conditions and life.
