The UAP Human Resources team is looking for an OD advisor who will work in close collaboration with managers and different teams to evolve projects related to change management, and organizational development and effectiveness. This collaboration will take the form of various diagnostic activities, support in the implementation of initiatives including programs, innovative practices and customized solutions to pursue our organizational transformation, and helping our teams become even more successful.

More specifically, the candidate will :

  • Participate in several transformational projects and support change management
  • Perform team diagnostics (human angles) in order to properly target our recommendations and interventions regarding productivity, effectiveness and other matters.
  • Develop a more robust practice in organizational effectiveness, including well-defined action plans
  • Participate in the architecture of human resources projects aligned with our mission & vision,
    employer brand and the HR strategic plan. Monitor HR best practices and trends in order to stay ahead of the market.

Requirements

  • University degree combined with 3 years of relevant experience in organizational development,
    effectiveness, change management or HR project management
  • Knowledge of Lean/continuous improvement concepts is an asset
  • Bilingual (spoken and written)
  • Enjoys analysis and is meticulous
  • Is a collaborator and likes teamwork
  • Is resourceful and able to quickly adapt to change
