Reporting to the Operations Vice-President and member of the management committee, you support the managers as an HR consulting and influencing partner in order to support the growth strategy. You are first and foremost an HR generalist with a keen interest in talent acquisition, retention and mobilization and you are a builder for the implementation of best HR practices. Multi-site environment (distribution center in the US + manufacturing plant in Montreal) bringing together approximately 100 non-unionized employees.


  • Recruitment / integration / succession plan / continuous talent monitoring.
  • Mobilization, retention and attraction program.
  • You will be the bond of trust between employees and management and you will take care of solving daily issues and challenges.
  • Optimize and pursue organizational development (structure, remuneration, employer brand, process, politics, RH automation etc.).
  • Enrich people's experiences (positive employee experience) within the company.



  • Bachelor of Human Resources. CRHA member, an asset.
  • Experience of at least 5 years in HR position.
  • You have experience with the distribution or production field, multi-site, multiculturalism, this is all assets for us.
  • Major Interest and modern skills in talent acquisition
  • Fluently Bilingual and open to travel 5-6 times a year within our divisions
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital. HR transformation to digital (an asset).
  • Available upon the requirement of the role and divisions needs.
