  • Want to shout from the rooftops about the incredible mission of the undertaking, more specifically working with schools and their horticultural programs to promote the services offered.
  • Update all documentation required for government grants.
  • Think big: implement a communications and training system for optimal team cohesion.
  • Support the senior talent acquisition consultant #teamworkmakesthedreamwork.
  • Actively participate in all phases of recruitment and hiring – from job writing to interviews.
  • Collect all documents from candidates (references, medical and psychometric tests, criminal background checks, etc.).
  • Whether it is a team bonding on Zoom or a quick brunch at Arthur's Nosh Bar, you participate in the company's special projects.
  • As a proud ambassador of the company's culture, you may be invited to take part in other related tasks.

  • Mandatory bilingualism (French and English).
  • Certification in administration, human resources, industrial relations or other related field.
  • At least 3 years of recruitment and human resources experience (bonus if it's in the agricultural field!).
  • Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams are your software of choice for the success of your functions.
  • Flexible like a contortionist, you are open to adapting your schedule according to company needs when necessary.

  • You describe yourself as someone who is passionate about recruitment and human resources management.
  • You have great professionalism and would like to learn and innovate in a start-up.

Salary: $55,000 to $60,000 per year (according to experience)

Schedule: Daytime from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
