Position Summary

Reporting to the, Manager, Talent Acquisition this role will be responsible for managing the recruitment life cycle from end to end. You will use your influencing skills to build confidence and partner effectively with internal clients to develop and execute effective Talent Acquisition strategies that help reach our goals. You have the ability to manage volume requests, are flexible, adaptable and creative in your approach to challenges. You can count on working with and supporting a great team of professionals who enjoy striving for excellence and having fun doing it.

What you'll do in the role

  • Execution of ‘best in class’ sourcing and recruitment services and strategy through processes, policies, technology, social media and effective communication and collaboration.
  • Deliver a broad range of Recruitment expertise to various functional areas
  • Strive to identify and hire the best candidates into roles ranging from front-line to professional level candidates
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from approvals, posting, sourcing, screening and negotiation of offers for internal and external roles
  • Contribute to the success of your team - you are proactive, supportive and appreciate the same
  • Work closely with Recruitment Partners, HRBP's, HR Services and other HR team members
  • Build RSA Group of Companies brands through creative sourcing, career events, and through your own social media presence

What you'll need

  • A minimum of 3+ years recruitment experience
  • Bachelor's degree / diploma in a related field
  • Experience in high volume recruitment, ideally in an agency and corporate setting
  • Experience using recruitment related technologies, social networking sites and applicant tracking systems. Ultimate Software would be advantageous!
  • Team playing mindset with natural curiosity and an interest in achieving excellence
  • Knowledge of the Insurance or related industry is an asset
