To support our growth, the HR team is looking to add an Advisor, Talent Development, who will be based at our head office in the east end of Montreal. Reporting to the Manager, Talent Development, your role will be to design or adapt strategies, programs and activities in collaboration with content experts, as well as to prepare training and development plans and synopses.

You will promote and deploy the training activities in our network and will be responsible for measuring the results of those programs, in order to reach the profitability objectives of our training activities. You will achieve this by establishing close relationships with your internal customers and regional HR Business Partners, as well as collaborating with a dynamic and multidisciplinary HR team!

We are seeking a dynamic individual with several years' experience in Human Resources, including at least 4 years in training design and management. Bilingual, you have a bachelor's degree in HR, andragogy or a related field. You demonstrate excellent communication and training needs analysis skills, training design and management skills coupled with a solid customer orientation. In addition, you have the ability to quickly translate the development needs into effective development programs adapted to the needs and the constraints of the work environment using various training methods.
