What will your typical day look like?

  • Support the strategy and implementation of promotion processes that evaluate candidates for advancement to all career levels across Deloitte Global
  • Supporting due diligence for Director and Managing Director candidates, including managing the stakeholder feedback survey, updating interview guides, preparing materials and reports for senior leaders, and facilitating compliance reviews
  • Develop communications plans and supporting communications for promotion programs including the following platforms: email, PowerPoint, and internal website
  • Support the development of educational materials, FAQs, and presentations for awareness of the promotion processes across Global professionals and leaders
  • Collaborate with analytics & reporting team to provide enhanced insights to the business to equip them in making informed promotion decisions.
  • Develop and monitor project plans, track and follow up on risks, accurately report progress against milestones to keep projects/initiatives on schedule

You are someone with:

  • 4+ years of experience in human resources, human capital, performance management, leadership development, or related field
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented project managment skills who can design and take initiatives from abstract to concrete; able to manage competing, high priority demands and prioritize workload to meet strict deadlines
  • Superior interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills; experience communicating with an executive-level audience and able to establish credibility/rapport with senior stakeholders in a virtual environment
  • Strategic thinking with demonstrated ability to synthesize information, approach problems analytically, learn quickly, and exercise judgment
