Having just completed our Series-C funding, we are looking to hire an HR manager who is passionate about working in a high-growth environment and is experienced in talent development and people management.

Primary Responsibilities

· Involvement in all aspects of people management, including Performance Management, Learning and Development, Talent Review / Development, Recruitment and Benefits.

· Develop, update, and maintain HR policies and procedures as necessary, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practice.

· Support Talent Acquisition by reviewing job descriptions, identifying search criteria, and supporting the selection process

· Responsible for building and scaling outstanding HR programs and processes.


Competencies & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree and/or equivalent Human Resources certification preferred.

· More than 10 years’ “hands-on” local HR experience in a dynamic environment.

- More than 5 years' HR management experiences with specific experience in strategy development, organizational design, talent management and change management.

· Strong business acumen and the ability to understand business issues and implications is a must.

· Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
