Power and Performance Attainment Program Manager - 84121

THE ROLE:

We are a cutting-edge systems engineering team focused on DGPU products that deliver performance leadership and superior power efficiency. The team is passionate about power and performance with primary responsibilities in emulation, post-silicon bring-up, feature and workload optimization and characterization, debug and product optimization.

The successful candidate will work across the areas of validation, feature enablement and feature optimization for power and performance during the silicon life cycle from emulation to production.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the cross-functional team through dynamic changes in the program, tracking and monitoring multiple input and output dependencies while assisting the team to unblock gates, measuring and evaluating resources, scheduling execution and communicating updates to executive leadership vertically and horizontally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and mitigate change impacting the cross functional power and performance team
  • Monitor and evaluate resource and capacity constraints and opportunities
  • Drive to unblock dependencies gating execution
  • Schedule execution and mitigate risks to schedule
  • Work cross functional issues and dependencies to support planning and execution
  • Provide cross functional leadership during pre-silicon planning, post-silicon bring-up, product definition and product validation, and production ramp
  • Engaged in the pre-silicon and post-silicon phases of the design
  • Proactively drive continuous improvement for post-silicon power and performance activities

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong technical background in PC systems and graphics
  • Strong leadership, critical thinking, analytical and organizational skills are mandatory
  • Specific knowledge of computer architecture and workload analysis
  • Program / project management experience
  • Good understanding of computer organization/architecture
  • Understanding of Power/thermal management
  • Strong analytical /problem solving skills and pronounced attention to detail
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be a self-starter, and able to independently drive tasks to completion
  • PMP or Agile Certification an asset

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • A B. Sc. Or Master’s Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering
  • Minimum 8 years of work experience
