Our Global Recruitment team is about attracting a diverse workforce through a consistent, clear and inclusive approach. As the Recruiter, you will be responsible for supporting our business leaders across North America using strategic sourcing and assessment methodologies while keeping a strong candidate experience top of mind. Reporting to the Director of Global Recruitment, you will be a strategic partner and brand ambassador for our growing team.


What You Will Be Doing


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for hiring, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and goals, and to develop, implement, and execute a custom hiring strategy
  • Identify and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques
  • Drive offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates, generating offer letters
  • Work with the business, HRBP, and Compensation to determine appropriate salary ranges and negotiate compensation with candidates.
  • Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
  • Partner with global recruiting team members to collaborate on recruiting efforts and methodologies
  • Attend Networking events(Virtual/Onsite)
  • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives

About You

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years Recruiting experience
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers
  • Experience with ATS systems
  • Proven communication skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally
  • Experience communicating across all levels of an organization, as well as externally
