Looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? We’re currently recruiting for a temporary Training Project Coordinator in the Lower Mainland (BC) to join our amazing team of talented employees.

In this role, you will contribute to the success of the organization by working cross-functionally with departments across the company to help develop training content for our franchise community. You will have a diverse set of responsibilities, contributing to the overall success of the Training Department’s key priorities.

What you do:

  • Work with subject matter experts to design and ensure training materials are current and accurate;
  • Participate in cross-functional teams, managing Training & Development project deliverables;
  • Maintain training materials for new menu and promotions – hard copies, intranet and online learning sites;
  • Coordinate all training print requirements, including delivery of new restaurant opening materials;
  • Provide first level support for users of our online learning site;
  • Assist the team in filming and producing training videos;
  • Support the Operations Field Team in creating and delivering various training development sessions.

Who you are:

  • You are an excellent communicator, both written and verbal;
  • You have strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and are skillful with the Adobe Creative Suite, which includes InDesign, Captivate, Photoshop, Premiere Pro;
  • You function well in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage your time to meet deadlines, while producing high caliber content/output;
  • You can analyze a situation or content with great attention to detail;
  • You may have operations or training experience in the food service/hospitality industry;
  • You have at least two years of restaurant-related experience.
