What you'll do...

Exhibit desired behaviors that support Walmart Logistics basic beliefs

Providing front line training to team members which may include:

 Facilitation of class based training programs

 On the job support in various operational functions

 Completion of observation assessments

Develops, Facilitates and manages safety training classes (i.e. MHE, WHMIS, New Hire Orientation, Safety Review Committee, TDG Instructor (Transportation of Dangerous Goods) (etc.)

Conducts safety audits and Hazard Assessments. Conduct safety walks and hands safety notice

Liaise with all levels within the organization to ensure all H&S policies, procedures and programs are adhered to and ensure compliance with all legislated requirements

Provide guidance on the interpretation and application of H&S legislation and safe work practices and procedures

Track and measure corrective action and improvement on H&S issues.

Provide Health and Safety guidance and advice to Front Line Leaders, Associates and the Joint Health and Safety Committee

Maintains and updates incident and training records

Generates safety performance reports, participates in safety meeting, participates in workplace safety inspections, identification and analysis of safety concerns, safety observations and incident investigations, in regulatory visits (MOL), and in resolving work refusals.
