LCI Education is looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our dynamic, determined and highly collaborative team! Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent and Culture, our new Ambassador will work on a variety of talent acquisition initiatives for LCI Education's head office and LaSalle College. 

The candidate will collaborate with managers and other members of the Talent & Culture team and act as a pivotal point to support the team in recruitment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in the overall recruitment process for various positions
  • Be responsible for all stages of the recruitment process
  • Maintain your network to meet future needs
  • Strategically support programme coordinators in analysing their recruitment needs and priorities
  • Be creative in improving our recruitment processes, systems and tools
  • Contribute to candidate journeys to make them an enriching and invigorating experience
  • Posting jobs, analysing applications, conducting telephone and virtual interviews
  • Participate in activities aimed at defining and deploying the LaSalle College employer brand
  • Manage recruitment activities in the Dayforce HRIS
  • Coordinate and analyze psychometric tests and Teamscapes of candidates
  • Perform other related tasks to support the Talent & Culture team

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

  • University degree or college diploma in a relevant discipline, an asset
  • Previous recruitment experience essential
  • Knowledge of best practices in talent acquisition
  • Experience with talent acquisition tools and technology (Applicant Management System, Recruitment2.0, etc.)
  • Experience in education recruitment is an asset
  • Strong prioritization skills and experience in managing multiple projects and files simultaneously
  • Demonstrate autonomy and initiative
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the hierarchy
  • Ability to plan and complete multiple files within short deadlines
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (French and English)
