Reporting to the President, the Recruiter will be responsible for the complete recruitment cycle, and coordination and follow-up of recruitment files.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process (drafting job descriptions and postings, sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, writing employment contracts);
  • Work closely with hiring manager to understand and identify the recruitment needs;
  • Ensure an efficient, smooth and pleasant recruitment process for the candidates and hiring managers;
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for upcoming and specialized roles;
  • Support and optimize the technological aspect of the recruitment process;
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding process & hiring files;
  • Identify and analyze areas for improvement in the recruitment process jointly with the HR Advisor.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in human resources or an equivalent degree;
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment;
  • Experience of recruitment in the technology industry;
  • Knowledge of immigration laws;
  • Excellent communication skills in French & English;
  • Must demonstrate proactivity, autonomy, organization skills and collaboration.
