The IT Trainer will be responsible of training new employees across Canada, more specifically on office applications.
Design, develop and coordinate technical training on office tools;
Write and keep up to date user guides, reference documents and checklists;
Lead various trainings in French and English, individually, in small groups and in large groups;
Promote knowledge of technological tools by the employees;
Set up many continuing education initiatives.
3+ years of experience as a Trainer;
Strong knowledge of office applications;
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
Knowledge of legal software and/or document management system (strong assets);
Resourcefulness, collaboration, patience and excellent client service;
BAC in computer science or equivalent;
Bilingualism required (French and English).
