Job Description

You will report to the Senior Director, Total Rewards and support members of the Global Compensation team in the use of Workday HRIS: more specifically, for the benefits, absences and, in part, compensation modules. You will contribute to optimising and evolving the configuration and functionality of Workday, by mastering the various business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.

The challenges awaiting you:

  • Working with the configuration team to design solutions that meet business needs and resolve Workday-related issues.
  • Develop project plans for the implementation of solutions, working closely with team members and the configuration team to ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Participate in functionality and integration testing activities.
  • Working with service providers to ensure that interfaces/integrations in place are working well, analysing errors where necessary and supporting any changes.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to the team, as well as Workday end-users on all matters relating to benefits and absence, including updating technical process documentation.
  • Be the resource person for validating the necessary reports and supporting the team in their use.
  • Ensuring data integrity for all programmes offered.
  • Monitor market trends and best practices to ensure that the Workday solutions implemented are optimal and innovative.
  • Process and analyse certain complex transactions/events.
  • Prepare invoices for our associated shops and for our group insurance programmes.
  • Produce statistics for the team and certain suppliers.

Qualifications

You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in benefits and absence management in Workday. You are also recognised for:

  • Your ability to synthesise ideas and communicate them effectively in both French and English.
  • Your organizational skills enable you to handle multiple tasks while remaining productive and efficient in a dynamic environment.
  • Your ability to work effectively with a variety of cross-functional teams.
  • Your analytical mind and ability to propose creative solutions.
  • Training in IT and/or employee benefits is an asset.
