Job Description

Your responsibilities:

• Respond to calls and emails from employees and managers in matters of benefits, disability, retirement and management of absences / vacations.
• Administer benefit programs for corporate, associates and banner stores (correspondence with stores and employees, communication with the insurer, process and analyze changes, administrative processing of disabilities).
• Ensure the timely and accurate processing of all payroll entries related to employee benefits, retirement plans and absence management.
• Support and actively participate in the development, definition, identification, and implementation of tools to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

To join our team, you need:

• 3 to 4 years' relevant experience,
• Bilingualism (in both English and French, spoken and written) as you will need to frequently speak to internal clients across Canada.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office,
• Knowledge of an integrated management system (asset),
• College or university diploma in administration or human resources,
