Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People and Culture team, based at our Head Office in the East end of Montreal. You will join a team of 7 colleagues in talent acquisition. Your main responsibility will be to find talent for various roles for our operations teams, such as drivers, parts specialists, store managers, sales representatives, distribution center employees and many more! While most of your time will be dedicated to recruitment, you will also have the opportunity to participate in various talent acquisition projects and initiatives, as per our HR plan and according to your interests.

Qualifications

First and foremost, we are looking for a person who is passionate about recruitment and people! You need to have a minimum of 3 years' experience in talent acquisition, preferably in high volume recruitment. You are fluent in English and in French as you will be working closely with colleagues across Canada. You also need to easily build and develop solid relationships that allow you to identify, attract and engage a talent community for our current and future needs. Your proactivity and creativity will help you target the best approach to find the talent we are looking for!
