Reporting functionally to the Director of Engineering, operationally to Project Directors and closely cooperating with the PDG OH&S team, the Design Safety Lead will be responsible for assuming a leadership role in developing and implementing processes to reduce hazard exposure to people and the environment. The individual in this role will lead all aspects of the review of project design and process features within the design-phase of projects to strive to eliminate occupational health and safety hazards through all phases of the project lifecycle across the PDG portfolio of projects.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000
The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
