Human Resources Assistant

Responsibilities

• Full cycle recruiting including posting positions, sourcing, screening, interviews, and reference checks
• Conduct new-hire orientations, collect and validate all enrolment forms
• Conduct exit interviews
• Maintain electronic personnel files and records in a timely and confidential manner
• Conduct and analyze compensation market surveys
• Manage Image Wear (uniforms) for all Associates
• Assist Human Resources, Health & Safety, and Payroll team members as needed

Education & Experience

• Education in Human Resource Management preferred
• Experience within a related administrative environment would be an asset

Technical Requirements

• Intermediate proficiency with Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
• Ability to learn and adapt to changing systems and new technology
• Dayforce knowledge an asset

• Ability to handle sensitive information and always maintain utmost confidentiality with tact, diplomacy and integrity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
