What you bring:
The Compensation Analyst is responsible for providing analytical support (both quantitative and qualitative) to TELUS consultants and managers. This role is a critical part of the team as it has primary responsibility for data modeling and benchmarking analysis under direct supervision.
You have an educational background and/or experience in compensation, total rewards, and human resources, and use your knowledge to reinforce the design, education, and facilitation of compensation programs that supports the constantly changing needs of our business landscape.

We believe that a sound data-driven approach is the best way to make appropriate compensation decisions. You will work as a trusted P&C partner to provide direct support to the team advising on compensation policies and programs.
With guidance from senior team members, you will help solve a diverse set of business challenges using rigorous analytics and market best practices. P&C decision-makers and TELUS' senior leadership depend on the Compensation team to provide guidance on internal and external market trends, and we help empower leaders to effectively attract, retain, and engage team members in alignment with TELUS' talent strategy.
