Tasks/Responsibilities

DELAN is currently looking for a passionate IT Recruiter to join our internal team to accelerate the recruitment of permanent and contractual positions for our clients in the province of Québec.

• Find the best IT candidates and develop quality relationships
• Build and maintain a database of active and passive candidates
• Create automated new candidate alerts and proactive searches
• Conduct interviews (telephone, videoconference and in person)
• Prepare the presentations of the selected candidates
• Coach candidates and coordinate client interviews
• Take references and present the job offer

PROFILE

• 2+ years of experience in IT Recruitment or IT Solutions sales
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter (strong asset)
• Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.)
• Proficiency in an ATS, ideally Zoho Recruit (asset)
• Sense of initiative, autonomy, and excellent customer service
• Strong team spirit, ability to adapt and strong relational skills
• BAC in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, IT, or equivalent
• Bilingualism (French required, functional English)
