Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible to coordinate, administer, and analyze surveys and to provide research, data, statistics, and analysis to support policy development, program development, planning and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

The incumbent must possess the following qualifications:
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative data collection and statistical analysis
• Knowledge of institutional research and planning policies, procedures, and processes
• Knowledge of information systems, programming and logic, and data bases practices and processes
• Knowledge of university-sector surveys and research/reporting initiatives
• Knowledge of relevant governing legislation
• Knowledge of office as well as the broader university academic units, departments, and divisions
• Knowledge of office productivity software and databases, internet browsers and search engines, discipline-specific software, enterprise software, and technology devices

Education and Experience:

The above is normally acquired through the completion of:
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of four year of previous experience related to research, information systems, and/or computer systems experience
