Training Administrator
Reporting to : Manager - Service Delivery
Core purpose of the job :
Responsible for the development, implementation, delivery, coordination, and auditing of all ByWA training programs, curriculums, plans, procedures, and processes to meet or exceed Client expectations. To ensure all ByWA staff receive necessary training to competently and confidently perform their duties.
Scope of Duties and Responsibilities :
Fulfils Health & Safety responsibilities by adhering to the requirements of the Company's Health & Safety Policy Statement, Manual, and Safe Systems of Work.
Undertakes such other duties appropriate to the level and character of work as may be reasonably required within the Department. Significant permanent changes in duties will require agreed revisions to be made to this Job Description.
