Director, Learning and Development
Join us as the Director of Learning and Development at BlueShore Financial, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our learning journey. You'll be crafting and implementing learning solutions aligned with our business strategies, while also overseeing our L&D team. Collaboration will be key as you work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment of people capabilities with our corporate goals, and drive learning outcomes for change initiatives. Our ideal candidate will have experience in financial services and demonstrated expertise in adult learning with supporting accreditations/education.

This position will provide a flexible hybrid schedule (not fully remote), with approximately one to three days a week in our corporate office in North Vancouver, depending upon your internal client needs.

The target base salary range of this role is $119,000 - $146,000/year plus a variable performance bonus. Employment offers are determined by knowledge, experience, formal accreditations and internal equity.
