Lead full-cycle recruitment across Canada and the U.S., including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and pre-employment checks for a range of roles. Partner with hiring managers and HR teams, build talent pipelines and community partnerships, track recruitment metrics, ensure compliance, and support employer branding and process improvements.
