Vos responsabilités : - Gérer le cycle complet de recrutement pour un large éventail de postes. - Établir et entretenir des liens solides sur l'ensemble du marché lavallois. - Collaborer étroitement avec une équipe solidaire et hautement performante. Ce que nous recherchons : - De 2 à 5 ans d'expérience en recrutement en agence. - Une solide compréhension du marché lavallois et des principaux acteurs de l'industrie. - Un recruteur polyvalent, à l'aise pour travailler dans différents secteurs d'activité. - Une personne douée pour établir des relations et dotée d'excellentes compétences en communication. - Un chasseur de têtes chevronné, ayant de l'expérience avec LinkedIn, Indeed et un système de suivi des candidats (ATS).
