Ttile: SAP HR Consultant - OM/PA Term: 6 months Max rate: $115/h Work Arrangement: Hybrid (preferred) Location: Burnaby BC Location: Local candidate preferred, with the ability to work at least one day per week onsite, with additional onsite presence potentially required during onboarding and knowledge transfer. Must Have Skills & Experience A minimum seven (7) years of SAP implementation and support experience, which includes SAP project implementation, enhancement, and production support as well as integrating SAP with other enterprise applications. Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Organizational Management and Personnel Administration. Strong experience with SAP Payroll Schemas and Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs). Experience working with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have Skills & Experience Data cleansing experience LSMW (legacy system migration workbench) experience Jira experience Service Now experience EC integration experience from S4H side Experience with SF EC/S4H hybrid model

Requirements

Requires at least five years of SAP Organizational Management and Personnel Administration experience, strong payroll schema and PCR expertise, and experience with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud.
