CONTRACT: HRIS Business Analyst – Cloud implementation and Hypercare support Work on a project for the implementation of cloud data conversion: Human Capital Management (Oracle Cloud HCM) and Workforce Management (UKG Time and Attendance). Provide support to customers through training sessions, Go-live cutover activities, and Payroll cycles LOCATION: Mostly Remote work, with occasional on-site travel to satellite offices in Western Canada ( 1 week/month on-site training during rollouts ) DURATION: 1 year ( with probable extension ) START DATE: September 20026 REQUIRED: 5+ years of industry experience as an HRIS Business Analyst Must have experience with the implementation of HRIS cloud solution ( preferably Oracle HCM or another similar) Strong knowledge of UKG Workforce Management (Time and Attendance) A degree in Human Resources or another applicable field Experience in providing support to end-users during HR system launches/go-lives, serving as the first point of contact Ability to travel and facilitate/deliver in-person workshops

Requirements
Requires at least five years of experience as an HRIS Business Analyst, experience implementing an HRIS cloud solution, and strong knowledge of UKG Workforce Management. Candidates need a degree in Human Resources or a related field, experience supporting end users during system launches, and the ability to travel and deliver in-person workshops.
