Organic Content Development: Create consistent, engaging social media content that strengthens awareness of career opportunities and encourages qualified candidates to apply. Content Coordination: Develop and coordinate employee- and influencer-generated content initiatives when relevant to the recruitment marketing strategy. Performance Analytics: Use campaign data to evaluate results, identify opportunities for improvement, and connect marketing activities to application pipelines, hiring outcomes, and post-hire quality. Marketing Systems and Automation: Identify and implement the tools, workflows, processes, and external support needed to make candidate generation more efficient and scalable. AI and Workflow Innovation: Apply large language models (LLMs), automation platforms, and AI-assisted development tools to streamline marketing operations and improve campaign execution. Function Development: Initially manage recruitment marketing activities independently, taking hands-on ownership of strategy and delivery before progressively building and leading a team as the function expands. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with recruitment and talent acquisition stakeholders to align marketing campaigns with hiring priorities and evolving candidate needs. Requirements At least 3 years of experience in a marketing manager role, including a minimum of 2 years with people management responsibilities. Demonstrated experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that increase leads, applications, or other measurable acquisition outcomes. Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns end to end, including planning, audience analysis, ad creation, campaign launches, performance evaluation, and optimization. Practical experience with advertising platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads. Ability to connect marketing performance with broader business outcomes, including pipeline growth, successful hires, and post-hire quality. Familiarity with AI-powered tools and large language models, as well as automation platforms such as Zapier or n8n. Experience with AI-assisted development or workflow-building tools, such as Lovable, and the ability to independently explore and implement creative solutions. Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing systems that support lead management, campaign tracking, and reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
