Job Description We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team based at our head office in East Montreal. As part of a dynamic team of five passionate talent acquisition professionals, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across a variety of positions within the organization. While recruitment will be a primary focus of your role, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to strategic talent acquisition projects and innovative initiatives. Whether supporting employer branding efforts, enhancing the candidate experience, optimizing recruitment processes, or developing new sourcing strategies, you will play an active role in evolving our talent acquisition practices in alignment with our People & Culture vision. Qualifications First and foremost, we are looking for someone who is passionate about recruitment, people, and the candidate experience. You have a minimum of three years of experience in talent acquisition and a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business partners. This expertise enables you to identify, attract, and engage top talent to meet the organization's current and future workforce needs. Fluency in both English and French is essential, as you will regularly collaborate with colleagues and candidates across Canada. We are also seeking someone who is proactive, curious, and creative, with the ability to challenge the status quo and develop innovative approaches to attracting talent in a highly competitive market. Finally, your customer-service mindset, ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and desire to contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment will make you a valuable addition to our organization.
