Provide strategic and operational human resources advice, guidance, and support to university leaders and departments, including recruitment, employee and labour relations, preliminary inquiries, performance management, organizational development, and job and salary placement advice. Build strategic partnerships with assigned faculties and departments, coach managers, and contribute to the development and implementation of effective HR programs, policies, systems, and process improvements.
