We are seeking an accomplished Vice President, Human Resources to join the Executive Leadership Team of a growing North American organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic HR leader to shape people strategy, drive organizational transformation, strengthen leadership capabilities, and support more than 700 employees across Canada and the United States. Key Responsibilities Lead the strategic and operational HR function across multiple business units and locations. Partner with executive leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives. Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development. Drive employee engagement, organizational culture, and change management initiatives. Ensure compliance with Canadian and U.S. employment legislation. Lead and develop a high-performing HR team. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility. Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A), organizational integration, or significant business transformation initiatives. Experience within manufacturing, industrial, heavy equipment, dealership, distribution, or service-based organizations. Experience leading HR within a multi-site North American organization. Strong knowledge of Canadian and U.S. employment legislation and compliance. Proven expertise in organizational development, workforce strategy, leadership development, and business transformation. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Bilingual English/French communication skills are considered an asset. Strong executive presence, communication, relationship-building, and strategic decision-making skills.

Candidates should have multi-site North American experience, knowledge of Canadian and U.S. employment legislation, relevant organizational and leadership expertise, and a bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field; English/French bilingual skills are an asset.
