We empower vulnerable youth to unlock their full potential and discover their own path to success, through a full-time mental health & emotional well-being program embedded in public schools. The words of Take a Hike youth best describe the impact of the program: "Without the support from my friends and Take a Hike, I would not be the confident girl I am today. I would still be sitting at home in a dark room, playing video games, and hating the world. My future looks brighter than I ever imagined a year ago." “I have a bright future ahead of me and I realize that now.”

Lead and implement people and culture strategies across employee relations, recruitment, engagement, performance, learning, total rewards, inclusion, health and safety, HR systems, and volunteer management. Partner with leaders to support organizational change, strengthen workplace culture, and ensure the HR function is administered effectively and responsibly.
