Administer the UKG Learning Management System, develop and maintain e-learning content, coordinate training and talent assessment activities, and support employees with learning-related inquiries. Maintain HRIS data, generate people analytics reports, troubleshoot system issues, and contribute to HR technology projects and process improvements.
