As a Recruiter at STEMCELL, you will manage full-cycle recruitment activities to source, attract, assess, and hire top technical and scientific talent while putting people first. You will serve as a trusted recruitment partner to the organization, building strong relationships and providing guidance as a subject matter expert, and by delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. Please note this is a 12-month fixed term contract. Job Description Duties and Responsibilities Provide full-cycle recruitment support including sourcing, screening, behavioural based interview support, reference and background checks, and offers of employment Develop and maintain strong working relationships based on trust and transparency with members of the HR team and other key business stakeholders throughout the organization Manage the recruitment process and related activities using technology including the HRIS system Report on and respond to recruiting related KPIs and metrics to inform the business and to drive recruitment strategies and tactics Knowledge and Qualifications Post secondary degree with 4-8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience; experience in biotech is an asset Demonstrated experience in managing diverse portfolios and job classifications with a strong foundation in recruitment best practices Experience with an ATS (Workday preferred) and recruitment technologies Strong stakeholder management skills #LI-JS1 #LI-Onsite STEMCELL Technologies is a privately owned, Vancouver-based biotechnology company that helps power leading-edge life science research around the world. The annual salary for this job ranges from: $83,700.00 - $125,500.00 STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
