Partner with operations leaders to improve market people performance through staffing and workforce planning, talent development, succession, retention, and data-driven action plans. Coach leaders, manage complex employee relations matters, monitor compliance, and coordinate people-related needs across restaurant openings, renovations, closures, and leadership changes.
