Administer the SFU Faculty Association collective agreement and related policies, advising on interpretation and application, conflict resolution, performance management, disciplinary processes, and grievance responses. Participate in assigned negotiations and support the collection, generation, and analysis of information for grievances, arbitrations, and negotiations.
