The Schlegel Family’s overarching mission is to build and strengthen community. Provide hands-on human resources and labour relations support to Village leaders, including assistance with grievances, investigations, attendance management, WSIB matters, and collective agreement interpretation. Build leaders’ HR and labour relations capabilities, analyze workforce metrics, advance strategic people priorities, and collaborate with the broader People team.
