Coordinate recruitment activities, including analyzing hiring needs, writing and posting job advertisements, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing pre-employment checks. Support managers and candidates throughout hiring, maintain recruitment records in the Folks ATS, coordinate onboarding, and contribute to employer-branding and recruitment events.
