Lead the operational delivery of the People & Culture and Volunteer Engagement functions, including coaching two managers and overseeing HR operations, employee relations, talent programs, volunteer services, compliance, and reporting. Partner with the VP to implement people strategy, strengthen systems and service delivery, manage organizational risks, and improve the experience of employees, volunteers, and managers.
