Provides comprehensive human resources services for an assigned Health Service Delivery Area, including contract and collective agreement administration, selection advice, and performance and change management guidance. Investigates grievances, facilitates dispute resolution and third-party hearings, and contributes to HR policies, programs, strategic objectives, and operational plans.
