Develop and manage national recruitment strategies and processes, source and assess candidates, coordinate interviews and hiring documentation, and support recruitment across corporate departments, stores, restaurants, and production facilities. Lead onboarding, employer communications, employee referrals, recruitment reporting, and foreign-worker hiring and work permit administration.
