Oversee plant HR operations and partner with plant leadership, corporate HR, and union representatives on workforce planning, labour relations, employee engagement, and performance. Manage recruitment, employee relations, workplace investigations, WSIB claims, return-to-work coordination, HR reporting, HRIS, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.

The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions within a manufacturing facility, including labour relations, recruitment, and performance management. They will collaborate with operations to implement business strategies and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting employee morale and development.
