This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Advisor based in Canada. This is a fully remote Talent Acquisition opportunity focused on attracting and hiring high-quality talent across a diverse range of business functions. You will manage end-to-end recruitment while partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders across multiple locations. The role includes recruitment for corporate functions, distribution operations, and leadership development programs. You will use strategic sourcing, assessment, and stakeholder management skills to build strong talent pipelines and influence hiring decisions. Success in this position requires strong ownership, organization, communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. As a bilingual professional, you will engage confidently with candidates and stakeholders in both French and English. Accountabilities Develop strategic recruitment plans with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs and deliver hiring objectives on time. Lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership development programs, identifying, attracting, assessing, and selecting high-potential candidates. Manage full-cycle recruitment across corporate, distribution, and leadership-focused positions. Conduct intake meetings to clarify role requirements, business priorities, candidate profiles, and sourcing strategies. Build proactive candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, Indeed, networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels. Screen, interview, and assess candidates based on qualifications, experience, capabilities, and organizational fit. Coach and advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interviewing, candidate selection, internal mobility, and compensation guidelines. Influence candidates and stakeholders through strong communication, consultation, and market knowledge. Manage offer negotiations while balancing compensation philosophy, internal equity, and market competitiveness. Coordinate assessments, background checks, references, and other activities throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation while ensuring a professional and engaging candidate experience through onboarding. Represent the organization's culture, values, and employee experience throughout interactions with candidates. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related field involving communication, relationship management, and stakeholder influence. Professional-level fluency in both French and English, including the ability to conduct interviews and communicate confidently in both languages. Proven experience building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and talent pipeline development skills. Ability to proactively identify, engage, and attract candidates using multiple recruitment channels. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities with a strong sense of urgency. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating effectively with geographically distributed teams. Experience with ATS and HR technologies, ideally including Workday, as well as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms. Postsecondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Strong communication, consulting, influencing, and relationship-building skills. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada and maintain their authorization throughout employment. Benefits CAD $51,600–$77,500 annual salary, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity. Fully remote work arrangement. 6% employer contribution to a Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP), with no employee contribution required. Requirements
