The role
As a Recruiter, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process.
You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and following the established service agreements.
You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process working in conjunction with colleagues in teams such as Sourcing and Administration, utilizing relevant recruitment technology applications.
You’ll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process.

Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and advise on hiring strategy

Lead sourcing and attraction plans aligned to market needs

Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, ensuring high‑quality shortlist delivery

Deliver an excellent candidate experience from interview to offer

Handle complex offer negotiations and support hiring decisions

Anticipate and resolve stakeholder issues proactively
-
Support workforce planning and build strategic talent pipelines

Keep systems updated in real time and ensure full compliance
Responsabilités principales

- Gérer le recrutement de bout en bout, en garantissant la livraison de shortlists de haute qualité

- Gérer les négociations d’offres complexes et soutenir les décisions d’embauche
- Anticiper et résoudre de manière proactive les problèmes des parties prenantes
- Soutenir la planification des besoins et développer des viviers de talents stratégiques
- Maintenir les systèmes à jour en temps réel et garantir une conformité totale
Skills & Requirements

Fluent in French and English

Experience recruiting technical roles in Financial Services

Ability to deliver end‑to‑end recruitment strategies

Proven stakeholder management (clients, candidates, hiring managers)

Skilled in competency-based interviewing

Track record meeting targets, ratios, and SLAs

Strong understanding of client business needs

Knowledge of relevant employment legislation

Expertise in diverse sourcing methods (web, networking, advertising, databases)

- We are committed to pay transparency and fairness. For this role, the initial expected remuneration is CAD 61,180 - 80,500, plus applicable benefits (Supplemental Medical/Dental/Vision, Life, Disability, RRSP/DPSP, Paid Holidays/Vacation/Sick Time, Paid Parental Leave, Performance Bonus)
