About the Role This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, service-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Process and validate multiple pay-frequency payroll cycles for Canadian employee groups, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion. Complete and review audit reports to confirm accuracy, reasonability, and alignment with internal standards. Provide responsive customer service for colleague/employee life-cycle inquiries related to payroll Develop and apply knowledge of relevant payroll legislation, regulations, policies, and union agreements across Canada Identify, analyze, and recommend process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and service quality. Support additional activities as required. Basic Qualifications: A University degree or College degree in a related field 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle payroll administration Bilingual in French and English, strong communication skills, written and verbal in both languages Preferred Qualifications: Worked in a large, multi-national organization with Canadian operations. Understanding of payroll legislation and compliance requirements. Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification, or equivalent experience. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing tasks and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review information carefully and recommend practical solutions. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience with Workday Payroll, and time and attendance systems such as STAS, Kronos, or Workday. Demonstrated discretion and commitment to maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive colleague information. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
