Job Description Seeking an experienced Applications Architect with 10+ years of experience to lead solution architecture, cloud application design, enterprise architecture artifacts, and technical governance for large-scale public sector IT projects. Key Responsibilities Design and develop cloud/SaaS application architectures and technical solutions. Create enterprise architecture artifacts including: Business Architecture Document (BAD) Solution Architecture Document (SAD) Solution Requirements Document (SRD) Information Architecture Document (IAD) Lead architecture review board (ARB) activities and project gating approvals. Develop logical/physical data models, data dictionaries, CRUD matrices, and integration/interface documentation. Ensure privacy, security, testing, and compliance requirements are addressed. Support UAT/testing, onboarding documentation, and knowledge transfer activities. Collaborate with business, technical, and stakeholder teams throughout project lifecycle. Must-Have Skills 10+ years of IT architecture experience. Strong experience with: Cloud and SaaS architecture RESTful APIs and integration patterns Enterprise security and application security best practices Microservices, layered, and event-driven architecture Experience with structured SDLC methodologies. Expertise in enterprise architecture standards and artifacts. Hands-on experience with architecture modeling tools such as: Enterprise Architect Power Designer Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint. Preferred Public Sector experience. Experience leading large-scale integrated enterprise projects.
