Insight Global is hiring on behalf of a well-established industrial services and reliability solutions organization that partners with clients across manufacturing and operational environments. We're looking for an experienced HR professional who enjoys being a true business partner and making an impact across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. This is a hands-on role supporting multiple locations and collaborating closely with leadership to drive employee engagement and business success.
What You'll Be Doing Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding initiatives Support employee relations matters and workplace investigations Manage performance reviews, coaching, corrective actions, and terminations Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practices Partner with leaders to develop and execute people strategies Coordinate training and development programs Drive initiatives focused on employee engagement, retention, and culture Maintain HR records, policies, and reporting
What We're Looking For 3+ years of HR Generalist or HR Management experience Strong employee relations and performance management background Experience working with HRIS systems Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to prioritize and work independently in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree preferred Experience in manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, logistics, or operational environments is an asset
